Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
Bidding
All bids are binding offers to purchase. When you place a bid you commit to paying the bid amount plus any applicable buyer's premium if you win. Bids cannot be retracted once placed. Auctions may be extended automatically if a bid is placed in the final minutes (anti-sniping).
Purchases & Payment
Prices are listed in the displayed currency. Payment is due at checkout for direct purchases and upon auction settlement for winning bids. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.
Shipping & Returns
Artworks and goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Original artworks are unique items; please review listings carefully, as returns on original works may be limited.
Intellectual Property
All artwork images and platform content are the property of their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
